Why Add Auracast

A small upgrade that makes your space welcoming to everyone.

Roughly one in five adults has some hearing difficulty. For them, a noisy room or a distant speaker can mean missing the message entirely. Auracast quietly fixes that — and signals that your organization takes accessibility seriously.

More inclusive & accessible

Visitors with hearing aids hear every word clearly — from the back row, the balcony, or a side seat — without asking for help.

A modern upgrade from loops

No copper wire snaked around the floor. Auracast transmitters are compact, support multiple listening zones, and deliver cleaner digital sound.

Future-proof & growing

Auracast is the new industry standard built into the latest hearing aids and earbuds — so your investment keeps working as adoption spreads.

Local, hands-on support

We're right here in Marietta. The same team that fits hearing aids every day handles your install — so help is always a phone call away.

Who It's For

Built for the spaces our community gathers in.

Anywhere people come to listen — to a sermon, a performance, an announcement, or a meeting — is a place Auracast belongs.

Houses of worship

Broadcast the service to the whole congregation so the sermon and music come through clearly from any pew — a leading use of Auracast nationwide.

Theaters & performance spaces

Stream the stage or screen audio straight to patrons' ears, balanced for clarity — so every line and lyric lands, no matter the seat.

Senior living & community centers

Activity rooms, chapels, and dining halls where many residents wear hearing aids — exactly the audience Auracast serves best.

Offices & workplaces

Conference rooms, training spaces, and all-hands areas where employees with hearing aids deserve to follow every meeting clearly.

Run a different kind of space — a museum, clinic waiting room, or public building? Call us — if people gather there to listen, we can likely help.

Equipment We Provide

The right gear for the space — and for home.

We carry Auracast broadcast equipment for venues of every size, plus personal devices patients can take home. We'll always match the hardware to your room and budget.

Multi-zone broadcast units that connect to your existing sound system or microphones — sized for one room or a whole building.

For venues & events

Portable transmitters

Compact, battery-powered units for pop-up needs — guided tours, meetings, classrooms, or a temporary broadcast anywhere.

For venues

Assistive-listening packages

Complete bundles — transmitter, signage, and a set of loaner receivers for visitors who don't yet have Auracast hearing aids.

For home

Personal TV streaming adapters

A small plug-in that turns any TV into an Auracast source — so patients (and couples) can stream a show straight to their hearing aids at home.

How It Works

From first call to fully broadcasting.

A simple, no-pressure path — and a flat, transparent quote before any work begins.

1

Free assessment

We talk through your space, audio sources, and goals — on the phone or with a visit — to understand what you need.

2

Custom quote

You get a clear, itemized quote for the equipment and the option you choose. No surprises, no obligation.

3

Install & configure

We set up the transmitters and zones — or guide your team through it — and test coverage across the room.

4

Training & support

We train your staff, supply signage, and stay on call locally for anything that comes up down the road.

Pricing

Every space is different, so every quote is too.

A single conference room and a 400-seat sanctuary need very different setups — so we don't do one-size-fits-all pricing. Tell us about your space and we'll put together a clear, honest quote covering the equipment and the setup option that fits. No cost to ask, no pressure to commit.

Common Questions

What venues ask before they call.

How much does it cost to set up?
It depends entirely on the space — the number of rooms, listening zones, your existing sound system, and which setup option you choose. That's why we quote per venue rather than list a fixed price. The assessment and quote are always free and carry no obligation, so the easiest way to get a real number is to call us and describe your space.
How long does an installation take?
Many single-room setups can be completed in a single visit. Larger or multi-zone spaces — like a full sanctuary or a building with several rooms — may take longer and are scheduled around your calendar. We'll give you a clear timeline as part of your quote.
Do we have to remove our existing hearing loop?
No. Auracast and telecoil loops can coexist, and many newer hearing aids support both. Some venues keep their loop running during the transition while adding Auracast for visitors with the latest devices. We'll recommend the right approach for your audience.
What if our visitors don't have Auracast hearing aids yet?
Our assistive-listening packages can include a set of loaner receivers, so guests without Auracast-ready hearing aids can still tune in with a simple borrowed device. As adoption grows, more visitors will simply use their own aids or earbuds.
Will it work with the sound system we already have?
In most cases, yes. Auracast transmitters connect to standard audio outputs from mixers, microphones, and PA systems. During the assessment we'll confirm how it integrates with your specific equipment before quoting anything.
Do you provide support after installation?
Absolutely — and it's one of the reasons to go local. We train your staff at setup, provide signage, and stay reachable by phone in Marietta for adjustments, questions, or help down the road. You're not buying a box and being left on your own.
