Does the visit cost anything?
No. The hearing evaluation and the technology demo are free, with no obligation to buy anything. The only thing tied to the event is the $500 discount if you choose to start a treatment program.
Do I have to make a decision that day?
Not at all. Plenty of people come to listen, get their results, and go home to think it over. If you do want to move forward during your visit, the $500 event discount applies.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
We'd rather you didn't — the schedule fills and walk-ins may wait a long time or be turned away. Reserve a slot and your time is protected.
What should I bring?
Your current hearing aids if you wear them, your insurance card if you have hearing coverage, and — if possible — the person you talk with most. Familiar voices make the demo far more useful.
Will insurance cover a treatment program?
Some plans include a hearing benefit. Bring your card and we'll check your coverage during your visit and tell you exactly what it means for your out-of-pocket cost.
